For nearly a decade, we have been working diligently to bring our long-awaited Wine Tasting Room into reality—a vision that has taken patience, persistence, and the support of our incredible community. This journey has involved careful planning, countless hours of preparation, and a shared vision of creating a space where wine lovers can gather, celebrate, and enjoy the fruits of our labor together.
We are currently working with San Diego County to expand our license and event permits, a process that will allow us to host more experiences, offer unique tastings, and share the beauty of Granite Lion Cellars in new and exciting ways. Each step brings us closer to opening our doors to a space designed for connection, discovery, and the appreciation of fine wine.
